About the
Position:
Seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for a well-established community health organization located in northern New Hampshire. This opportunity is based in Berlin, NH, a scenic town in the White Mountains known for its outdoor recreation, close-knit community, affordable cost of living, and access to hiking, skiing, fishing, and snowmobiling year-round. The organization is a mission-driven, federally qualified health center that provides comprehensive primary care services to underserved and rural populations throughout the region. Providers work within a collaborative care model focused on improving access and outcomes for families in the community.
Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM No weekends or call responsibilities noted
Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services to pediatric patients Deliver preventative care, wellness visits, chronic disease management, and patient/family education Work alongside an integrated team of healthcare professionals dedicated to community-based care
Requirements:
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner experience required NO new graduates
Compensation & Benefits:
