We believe healing happens through compassionate, individualized care—and we're looking for a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. Position Overview:
The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning support, and clinical collaboration for clients in our mental health and/or substance use treatment programs.Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across levels of care Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Complete timely and accurate documentation in EMR Collaborate with clinical, medical, and admissions teams Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations Provide crisis intervention support when clinically appropriate Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing standardsQualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Hampshire Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) DEA license and controlled substance registration Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, PHP/IOP, or outpatient settings preferred Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Passion for client-centered, trauma-informed careWhat We Offer:
