We believe meaningful, high-quality psychiatric care requires time, attention, and a genuine commitment to understanding each patient. We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is organized, dedicated, and professional—someone who prioritizes thoughtful, comprehensive care over quick prescribing. Our ideal candidate takes the time to assess the full picture, ensuring that underlying medical conditions are not contributing to mental health symptoms, and values collaboration as a cornerstone of effective treatment. You will be supported by a strong clinical team, including an CMA who manages all pending prescriptions, prior authorizations, and assists with any additional needs. This structure is intentionally designed so you can focus primarily on seeing patient with quality care. We are a small, mission-driven practice committed to providing exceptional support to our clients. We are looking for a provider who wants to grow with us and help strengthen our medication management team while contributing to a collaborative, respectful environment where all staff are valued as equals. Active participation in consultation and team-based decision-making is essential to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling to include two evenings until 8:00PM and Saturday mornings 8AM-noon preferrably. If you are passionate about delivering patient-centered care and want to be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team, we encourage you to apply. Requirements Must be comfortable prescribing medication for both children and adults. Training will be provided for our Spravato/Ketamine clinic.
Preferred:
1+ year of experience and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted license & DEA in New Hampshire Willingness to obtain licensure & DEA in Massachusetts and Maine to support our virtual clients, if eligible. Summary Compass of Hope is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Hooksett office. This role includes providing medication management for children, adolescents, and adults, supervising our Spravato/intranasal ketamine clinic up to four days per week, and offering overall psychiatric support to our clients. At Compass of Hope, we believe in thoughtful, relationship-based care rather than rushed medication check-ins. We are seeking providers who practice ethical, intentional prescribing, emphasize patient education, and support clients in making informed decisions about their care. Our team values collaboration, autonomy, and a shared commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of our community. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!
