Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

At Compass of Hope, we reject the model of rushed 5-15 minute medication check-ins. We believe meaningful, high-quality psychiatric care requires time, attention, and a genuine commitment to understanding each patient. We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is organized, dedicated, and professional—someone who prioritizes thoughtful, comprehensive care over quick prescribing. Our ideal candidate takes the time to assess the full picture, ensuring that underlying medical conditions are not contributing to mental health symptoms, and values collaboration as a cornerstone of effective treatment. You will be supported by a strong clinical team, including an LPN who manages all pending prescriptions and prior authorizations, as well as two Medical Assistants to assist with additional clinical needs. This structure is intentionally designed so you can focus primarily on patient care. We are a small, mission-driven practice committed to providing exceptional support to our clients. Requirements:

Active, unrestricted license in New Hampshire Willingness to obtain licensure in Massachusetts and Maine to support our virtual clients, if eligible. Compass of Hope is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Hooksett office. This role includes providing medication management for children, adolescents, and adults, supervising our Spravato/intranasal ketamine clinic up to four days per week, and offering overall psychiatric support to our clients.
