Job Summary At The Ridge, you'll work in a collaborative, supportive environment alongside experienced psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and behavioral health professionals — all united by one goal: helping our clients and their families reach their full potential. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for new residents. Develop and oversee individualized treatment and medication management plans. Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team for holistic support. Educate residents and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication adherence. Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis stabilization when needed. Maintain accurate, compliant documentation within our EHR system. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with PMHNP certification Active NH Nurse Practitioner License and DEA (or in process) 2+ years of psychiatric experience, preferably with adolescents or young adults Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Benefits Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and vision. 401k with 4% match.
