  • 150,000/year A 200-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Philadelphia is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its clinical team.
The facility was founded in 2016 with a focus on higher-acuity resident care, quality outcomes, and treating in place to reduce unnecessary hospital transfers.
Schedule:
Full-time, weekday schedule with on-call rotation as needed
Compensation:
$120,000
  • 150,000 annually, plus RVU-based bonus What You'll Do Provide primary and acute care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
Conduct routine rounding, admission and follow-up visits, and respond to change-in-condition events. Perform therapeutic procedures including injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound and infection management. Order and interpret labs and diagnostics, adjust treatment plans, and coordinate with attending physicians, nursing staff, and families. Document encounters in the facility EHR and support efforts to treat residents in place whenever clinically appropriate. Required Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Current DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain) Board certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA) Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation setting Experience with geriatric care and complex chronic conditions Comfort with EHR documentation and value-based care metrics Compensation and Benefits $120,000
