Bergen County, New Jersey, Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner Job Clinical Role:

Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner Must have at least 1 year of post-training primary care or urgent care experience Client is open to family or adult nurse practitioners Outpatient-only setting See 20-30 patients per day (in-person and virtual)

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 9a-6p, Friday 9a-3p (40-hour work week) Work alongside an internal medicine physician with full support staff, including a dedicated MA Responsibilities include patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and building patient relationships Must be comfortable working independently

EMR:

Practice Fusion Spanish bilingual preferred, not required

Required Certifications:

Active DEA ACLS and BLS (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $140,000 Uncapped bonus structure based on quarterly collections No benefits for first 6 months; eligible for health insurance and 401k after Paid time off 30-45 minute daily lunch break
