We are seeking an experienced Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Family Practice/Urgent Care team with locations in Green Brook and Hillsborough, NJ. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to established patients in an open-access model Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Educate patients on overall wellness, disease prevention, and health maintenance Maintain accurate and timely medical records Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Schedule & Work Environment:

Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Office hours:

Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM - 9:00

PM Weekends:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No hospital call required

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted New Jersey license (Physician, PA, or NP) Relevant clinical experience in family medicine and/or urgent care preferred Relevant clinical experience in family medicine and/or urgent care preferred Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
