About Life Medical Life Medical is a mobile care practice committed to delivering high-quality, on-demand medical services directly to patients in Assisted Living Facilities. We specialize in urgent care visits for individuals who require timely medical attention but face barriers to accessing traditional clinics or emergency departments. Our team is passionate about improving access, reducing unnecessary hospitalizations, and providing compassionate care where it's needed most. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in urgent care, primary care, or similar clinical settings. This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, enjoys a dynamic work environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. As a mobile provider, you will travel throughout the Livingston area to assess, diagnose, and treat patients in their residences. A strong driving record and comfort working independently are essential. Key Responsibilities Provide urgent and primary care services to patients in private homes and assisted living facilities Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines Document all patient encounters accurately and promptly Collaborate with supervising physicians and care teams as needed Maintain a high standard of professionalism, communication, and patient rapport Ensure safe and reliable travel between patient locations Qualifications Licensed NP or PA in the state of New Jersey Board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or Emergency Medicine Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (urgent care or geriatrics preferred) Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Health Insurance Paid Vacation Sick Time Holiday Pay 401K Free access to Recuro Health Healthcare Supplemental Benefits through Life Life Healthy Company-paid Life Insurance Access to All State Voluntary Benefits Plans
