Stratford, NJ Located just outside of Philadelphia, Stratford offers easy access to the cultural, educational, and professional opportunities of a major metropolitan area while maintaining the feel of a smaller, welcoming community. A nationally recognized academic health center providing outstanding clinical care, research, and education. The Department of Medicine Division of General Internal Medicine delivers high-quality, patient-centered primary care services with a strong emphasis on medical education at both the undergraduate (UME) and graduate (GME) levels.
Opportunity:
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) Provider to join the Department of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine Provide comprehensive primary and preventative care to adult patients in an outpatient setting Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, infections, and injuries, as well as chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and heart disease Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic testing, prescribe and manage medications, and develop evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and wellness Teaching and mentorship opportunities available within the university's medical education programs EMR system utilized for all documentation and care coordination
Compensation:
$125,000- 135,000-Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, paid time off, and eligibility for state benefits.
