License Full Job Description We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation team and see our patients in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting throughout Passaic, Bergen, and Essex Counties . This job is for a part time (2-3 days/week) or full time (5 days/week) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The days and hours are very flexible. Compensation:

$500 - $600/day for Part Time depending on experience
