Shift:

1st Shift The Virtua Pharmacy Monitoring Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. This role will focus on supporting Virtua employees and their dependents who are currently prescribed GLP-1 medications for weight management. This is a Monday-Friday, first-shift position offering a predictable schedule and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and delivering evidence-based treatment to support long-term patient outcomes.

Training/Certifications/Licensure:

Stay current with medical trends and provide evidence-based practice medicine by completing the required continuing education credits as mandated by state requirements. Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse is required. Current NJ RN license and appropriate Advanced Practice licensure for specialty BLS certification NJ CDS and DEA licensure

Compensation:

In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all clinician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $125,000.00 per year. Final compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
