We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team of physicians. To be qualified for this position, you are required to have a master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program, a valid New Jersey license, and prior Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant experience. In this role you will be part of a healthcare team that strives to deliver compassionate care to patients with a wide range of conditions and needs. The work schedule will be Monday to Friday with some evening and rotating weekend on-call phone coverage. Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough patient exams and take detailed medical histories
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions and customize individual treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work, imaging, and EKGs
• Prescribe medication and therapy as needed
• Refer patients to other healthcare providers as appropriate
• Counsel patients and family members on health promotion, disease prevention, and medication management

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Qualifications :

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program required
• Valid New Jersey license required
• Prior Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant experience required
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, family members and other team members
• Ability to work independently and within a team of physicians and other medical staff
• Foster an empathetic environment by supporting the practice's goal of providing compassionate care
