• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, CME reimbursement, PTO, and more What You'll Do Deliver direct patient care in skilled nursing and assisted living settings Perform physical exams, patient assessments, and wound evaluations Operate UltraMIST device and utilize wound care-specific documentation software (training provided) Collaborate with physicians and facility staff to ensure continuity of care Order and interpret diagnostics such as blood work, vascular testing, and EKGs Provide patient and family education related to wound care and overall health Recommend and manage treatment plans in partnership with the care team Ideal Candidate Licensed Nurse Practitioner in New Jersey (Board-eligible candidates not accepted) DEA license and prescriptive authority required At least 1 year of wound care or skilled nursing/post-acute care experience (can include experience as an LPN) Strong communication skills, integrity, compassion, and a team-oriented mindset Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in the field Familiar with HIPAA and OSHA regulations; tech-savvy with mobile EMR use Perks & Support Assigned to a consistent geographic territory Hands-on clinical role where you truly impact patient healing and recovery Ongoing training and growth opportunities Pathway to wound care certification•earn more as you grow All necessary tools provided, including iPad and stylus for easy documentation If you're a proactive, compassionate Nurse Practitioner ready to take the next step in your career, while enjoying the freedom and satisfaction of mobile practice, then this could be your perfect fit.
