Weâ™re thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our established team at Presbyterian Hospital in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico . Why Youâ™ll

60-bed Level
III/IV NICU
with ~800 annual admissions and an average daily census of 48 12-hour shifts with in-house overnight call 24/7 NNP and Physician coverage ensures collaborative, round-the-clock care Robust subspecialty support , including pediatric surgery, cardiology, and the only pediatric cardiothoracic surgery program in the state Hands-on experience with occasional NNP students, residents, and medical students Opportunities for outreach across New Mexico New grads welcome! Comprehensive orientation (~6 months and flexible based on experience) and mentorship provided.
Your Daily Rhythm:
Youâ™ll be a vital part of a high-performing, collaborative NICU team. Hereâ™s what to expect: Serve as primary at deliveries , with neonatologist support for complex cases Perform procedures such as circumcisions and PICC line placements â"training and support provided Participate in ground transports (no flight transports required) Coverage model:
Day Shift:
2â"3 physicians + 2
NNPs Night Shift:
1 physician + 1 NNP New grads begin on day shifts to build confidence before transitioning to nights Why Albuquerque?
