Job Description

Artesia, NM - Employer-Based Clinic (HollyFrontier) Proactive MD partners with employers to provide on-site primary care clinics. This role is based in Artesia and is open to both physicians and advanced practice providers.

Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday:
7:30 AM - 3:30
PM, Tuesday & Thursday:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM This is a full-time, 30-hour/week position. We've encountered some challenges due to it being less than 40 hours, but the schedule is not flexible for expansion. We have another opportunity in Salem, OR where we are looking for a NP or PA.
