Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join an outpatient clinic at Crown Point IHS. The provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse Native American population in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage outpatient/non-critical cases Provide appropriate treatment plans and follow-up care Stabilize and triage patients when necessary Deliver culturally sensitive and respectful care to Native American communities Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters
Requirements:
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license Any U.S. state accepted BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Required Experience in outpatient or primary care settings preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Prime Physicians is a physician-led, The Joint Commission (TJC) Accredited, ISO 9001 certified and CMMI Level 3 appraised organization.
