Job Description

⚡ URGENT — July 1 Start | July 15 Absolute Latest
IMAGINE A CLINICAL ROLE WHERE YOU SIMPLY SHOW UP, FOLLOW A GUIDED CLINICAL QUESTIONNAIRE, USE YOUR CLINICAL JUDGMENT, AND GO HOME.
Everything in that title is true. No charting. You determine days and hours. Never more than 2 patients per hour. No stress. $55/hr. Not almost true. Not true with conditions. Completely, literally true.
YOUR SCHEDULE. YOUR TERMS.
Choose the days you work. Choose the hours you work. Work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or Saturdays. Monday through Friday, 8AM to 6PM. Saturdays, 8AM to 12PM. Here is what makes this unlike any other flexible role you have seen: Once a month — that is your only scheduling commitment — you submit your available days and hours for the following month. We build your entire patient calendar around exactly what you provide. Full visibility into your schedule thirty days in advance. No last-minute changes. No surprises. Your personal and professional life planned around work — not the other way around.
WHAT THIS ROLE ELIMINATES COMPLETELY
No patient panels. No prescription refills. No insurance billing. No prior authorizations. No after-hours messages. No taking charts home. No rushing through 4 appointments per hour. No long-term follow-up responsibilities. No managing treatment plans. No chasing referrals. That's it. Gone. All of it.
YOUR ENVIRONMENT
You will work from a modern, state-of-the-art professional office — not a clinical setting, not a hospital corridor, not an urgent care waiting room. Think clean, calm and professional. Private exam space. Complimentary coffee, tea, snacks and high-speed internet waiting when you arrive. Friendly administrative support on site. A workspace designed for focus, not chaos. This is what practicing medicine should feel like.
HERE IS EXACTLY HOW IT WORKS
For each appointment you will receive a structured clinical questionnaire and all relevant medical information needed to conduct a thorough evaluation — prepared and organized before your patient walks in. You conduct the physical assessment. You follow the guided clinical questionnaire. You apply your medical expertise. You render your professional diagnosis and clinical opinion. A dedicated support team captures, organizes and handles the complete documentation workflow while you focus entirely on the evaluation itself. That's it. No forms to complete after the fact. No documentation waiting at home tonight. No portal to log into at 10PM. Our support team handles everything the moment you finish.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
Conduct structured medical assessments and focused physical evaluations Review relevant patient medical information provided before each appointment Follow a guided clinical questionnaire prepared by our team Apply your clinical knowledge and professional judgment to evaluate findings Render medical diagnoses and professional opinions based on your assessment and supporting records See a maximum of 2 patients per hour — 3 to 5 per day depending on your submitted schedule Our support staff manages the entire administrative workflow. You own the clinical judgment. That is the division of labor. That is why this works.
WHO THIS IS BUILT FOR
If you are new to practice: This is the most structured, supported, low-pressure clinical environment available to a new NP or PA. Guided questionnaires. Prepared materials. Full training provided. Maximum 2 patients per hour. $55/hr from day one. Build your assessment confidence without the administrative burden that buries most new clinicians in their first year. If you are experienced and exhausted by the system: You already know exactly what this is. You have done the math. $55 per hour. Your schedule set monthly. No documentation burden. Maximum 2 patients per hour. The only question is why you haven't applied yet.
THE PROGRAM
This role supports a structured medical evaluation program operating under a federal healthcare contract. Guaranteed payment. No insurance rejections. No claim denials. No collections. You complete the evaluation. Payment processes. That is the entire billing cycle.
REQUIREMENTS
Active unrestricted NP or PA license — New York State Strong physical assessment and clinical evaluation skills New graduates warmly encouraged to apply Comfortable following structured, questionnaire-guided clinical encounters Available to begin credentialing immediately — most providers complete credentialing and see their first patients within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
COMPENSATION
