Job Description Our client is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their practice in Amityville, New York. Details:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule is 35 to 40 hours per week
• One late night per week and one Saturday per month required
• Rotating phone call coverage; responsibilities shared with other providers
• Medium-sized primary care practice
• Provide full-spectrum primary and preventative care to patients
