Nurse Practitioner Buffalo, NY $120,000 to $150,000 plus RVU bonus A skilled nursing facility in Buffalo, New York is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and acute care across a 140 certified bed setting. The facility emphasizes quality of care, customer service, and a treat-in-place model that reduces unnecessary hospital transfers. This is a full-time, onsite role working directly with the facility's residents. Schedule Full-time, onsite. Specific shift structure and on-call expectations to be confirmed with the employer. Compensation Salary of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus an RVU-based bonus plan. What You'll Do You will provide ongoing clinical care to residents of the skilled nursing facility, focusing on treating conditions in place whenever clinically appropriate to limit avoidable hospitalizations. You will perform therapeutic procedures within your scope, including administering injections and immunizations, suturing, and managing wounds and infections. You will instruct and counsel patients on their therapeutic regimens and provide guidance on health and recovery. Throughout, you will ensure that care is delivered to all patients in a respectful, professional manner consistent with the facility's quality standards. Required Qualifications Active New York State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant For NP candidates, current national certification (ANCC or AANP) For PA candidates, current NCCPA certification Active DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain BLS certification Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or geriatric setting Experience with a treat-in-place model and reducing hospital readmissions ACLS certification Compensation and Benefits Salary of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience RVU bonus plan Medical, dental, and vision coverage HSA and FSA options 4 weeks PTO $1,500 CME allowance plus 1 week of CME time Malpractice coverage 401(k) To apply, submit your resume through this posting.
