Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in the Southtowns area of Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate can be either an experienced provider or a recent graduate who is eager to grow in a collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conducting patient assessments and evaluations Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests Developing and implementing treatment plans Providing patient education and follow-up care

Qualifications:

Current NYS licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant New graduates welcome to apply Experience with Medent EMR is preferred Excellent communication and clinical skills

$90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
