Job Description

Duration:

Job Responsibilities:
Provide advanced nursing care within the scope of practice. Assess resident health conditions and assist with treatment planning. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress. Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations. Complete required orientation and competency training. Work assigned schedules based on facility needs.
