Sage Revive is a regenerative medicine practice dedicated to providing cutting-edge, minimally invasive treatments that help patients restore function and improve quality of life. We specialize in stem cell and biologic injection procedures performed in a professional, patient-focused clinical environment. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a part-time basis . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with procedural medicine, and eager to expand their expertise in regenerative therapies. This role has strong potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and clinic growth. You will be involved with PRP and stem cell therapy at the forefront of providing high-quality, patient-centered care in our clinic. Your proactive approach and clinical knowledge will help improve health outcomes and enhance patient experiences every day. The role will be for our upcoming clinics in 5 W. Main St. Elmsford NY. Responsibilities Perform stem cell and biologic injection procedures (training provided if needed) Conduct patient evaluations, medical histories, and follow-up appointments if needed Assist in treatment planning in collaboration with the supervising physician Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Provide compassionate, patient-centered care Participate in ongoing training related to regenerative medicine techniques Qualifications Licensed NP or PA in the state of NY Experience with injections: aesthetic, orthopedics, or pain management - all are acceptable but not required. Training available if needed. Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team Willingness to learn regenerative medicine procedures Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality care Schedule & Compensation Part-time to start approximately 15-30 hours/week) Flexible schedule Competitive pay based on experience Strong potential transition to full-time as patient volume grows Training provided Opportunities for professional development in regenerative medicine
