Description SUMMARY Provide medical care and perform selective medical services to patients in a variety of settings in collaboration with other health care professionals when required.

ATTRIBUTES
At least one year of experience as a PA is required preferably in an emergency medicine or urgent care setting Compassionate, warm and patient focused Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision Exceptional documentation skills and professional behavior Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
PAY TRANSPARENCY
In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices.
This may include:
productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Satisfaction. Interacts on a frequent, regular and daily basis with patients, family members, medical/social/public services support, regulatory agencies and/or payor agencies. Interaction and communication requires expressed empathy, understanding, problem-solving, education, information gathering, process influencing and counseling. Medication & Orders. Prescribes drugs, devices and immunizing agents according to policy and practice agreement. Collaboration. Performs therapeutic and corrective measures within area of expertise in collaboration with other health team members.

PAY RANGE
$100,000.00
  • $150,000.
00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
