Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing mobile orthopedic and interventional pain practice. This is a procedure-focused role involving the evaluation and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain, including a high volume of motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases. This position requires travel between clinic locations. The ideal candidate is reliable, highly efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment , with the ability to document quickly and accurately in real time during patient encounters . Key Responsibilities Perform focused patient evaluations and physical examinations Manage care for acute and chronic orthopedic and pain conditions Evaluate and treat post-traumatic (MVA) injuries Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (MRI, X-ray, etc.) Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate Perform in-office procedures, including: Trigger point injections, Peripheral nerve blocks and Joint injections. Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options and expectations Maintain accurate, real-time EMR documentation during patient visits Travel between assigned clinic locations as needed Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation providers Qualifications Required Active Nurse Practitioner license (NY or NJ, or eligible) Board Certified NP (FNP, AGNP, or Adult NP) Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent bedside manner and communication Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting with strong multitasking skills Proficiency in EMR documentation with the ability to type and complete notes quickly during patient encounters Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations Preferred Prior injection or procedural experience Familiarity with no-fault / MVA patient workflows Spanish-speaking preferred (majority of patient population is Spanish-speaking), but not required Interest in interventional medicine Experience in orthopedics, pain management, or PM&R Ideal Candidate You are a confident, efficient clinician with a background in orthopedics, pain management, or PM&R , who enjoys hands-on procedures and patient interaction . You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment , can document quickly and accurately in real time , and are comfortable managing multiple patients efficiently while maintaining strong clinical decision-making .
