Job Description

Description Nurse Practitioner - Veteran Medical Assessments Full-Time or Part-Time Weekday Schedule The IMA Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform medical assessments supporting Veteran disability claim evaluations. This role is focused on clinical reviews and documentation rather than ongoing patient treatment, offering a more predictable and balanced work environment.
Position Highlights:
Flexible scheduling with 4- or 5-day weekday options No evenings, weekends, or call responsibilities Evaluation-focused work without prescribing or patient panels Streamlined electronic documentation tools and administrative support
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct focused medical evaluations for Veteran-related claims Review medical records, histories, and diagnostic findings Complete clear, objective assessment reports
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license Minimum of 1+ year of Nurse Practitioner clinical experience required Backgrounds in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, PM&R, Orthopedics, or related specialties preferred
Compensation:
Full-time equivalent salary range of $115,000-$125,000 (prorated for part-time schedules) This opportunity is ideal for providers seeking meaningful clinical work with improved work-life balance and a structured daily schedule.
