Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Total Compensation:

$130k-$150k An established and rapidly expanding dermatology organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team of highly respected skin health specialists. Position Highlights Full-time Flexible daytime schedules available Strong clinical infrastructure and administrative support Established patient base with excellent growth potential Access to advanced training opportunities in cosmetic dermatology Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of dermatologic conditions Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies and other office-based interventions Provide cosmetic services such as injectables and aesthetic skin treatments, when applicable Educate patients on treatment options, prevention strategies, and skin health maintenance Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions as appropriate Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes Ensure adherence to clinical, safety, and regulatory standards Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program Minimum of two years of dermatology experience Experience in medical, surgical, or cosmetic dermatology Interest in expanding aesthetic treatment skills Experience working in a high-volume outpatient practice environment Why You'll Love This Opportunity Join a practice where providers are empowered to grow clinically, build long-term patient relationships, and access the resources needed to thrive.
