Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and paid leave programs How You'll Make an Impact Conduct in-person or remote psychiatric evaluation and assessments for patients across the lifespan Apply evidence-based practice to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitor effectiveness, and educate patients Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed in collaboration with care teams Deliver telemedicine services while maintaining patient privacy and effective communication Advocate for patients' mental health needs and provide psychoeducation Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency Requirements Master's or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP) specializing in Psychiatric-Mental Health Active New York State NP license Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Strong understanding of HIPAA and experience using EMR systems Good to have NYS trainings: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control DEA registration preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong understanding of HIPAA and experience using EMR systems

Preferred:
