eClinicalWorks Part-time or full-time options available Prior primary care experience required Preference for candidates who speak Hindi or Urdu (not required) Preference for candidates willing to float between offices in New Hyde Park, Glendale, Fresh Meadows, and Forest Hills H1B visa sponsorship available Responsibilities include preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, medication management, health screenings, and patient education Diagnose and manage common primary care conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and hyperlipidemia Order and interpret labs and diagnostic imaging Refer patients to specialists within the network when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record National Board Certification required (AANP or ANCC) Active New York Nurse Practitioner license required Bilingual Spanish is a plus Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
