Job Description
LOCUM Telehealth
NP/PA 135150
Southeast, New York Must have an active NYS Medicaid ID number Must have at least 2 years (3600 hours) of experience in any setting to qualify Operating hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 7 pm; Saturdays and Sundays 10-6 Responsible for reviewing and making recommendations on consumer assessments for long-term care services and supports. Assess cases presented and utilize clinical competencies to review and validate assessment outcomes. Work collaboratively to monitor and address clinical quality and gaps in careSalary Range:
