Role:

Are you a patient-centered healthcare professional committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care to a diverse patient population? We are seeking a Primary Care Provider (NP/MD/DO) who specializes in HIV care to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. As a PCP, you key responsibilities will include: Clinical Care Conduct patient screenings, examinations, diagnoses, and treatments across the lifespan. Provide care that is respectful, compassionate, unbiased, and consistent with evidence-based guidelines. Deliver care in scheduled 20-40 minute appointments and ensure timely follow-up on patient needs, test results, and referrals. Document all care promptly in the electronic health record (EPIC). Provide primary care services Collaboration & Coordination Make appropriate internal and external referrals. Work effectively within a team-based care model, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Quality & Professional Development Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including continuing medical education.

Work Schedule:

Four morning/daytime shifts: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM One evening shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Compensation The salary range for this position will be commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
