Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans. Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests as needed. Prescribe medications and manage patient follow-up care. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Assist in the implementation of clinic policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies. Current NP or PA license in New York State. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
