Job Description

Description This contract position offers an exceptional opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative, on-site environment. As a Locum NP or PA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with urological conditions. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our team's mission of delivering exceptional medical services while ensuring patient satisfaction and comfort. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations Diagnose and manage urological conditions under the supervision of physicians Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform minor procedures and assist in surgical settings as needed Educate patients and families on urological health and treatment options Document patient care activities accurately and timely Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs Requirements Associate degree in Nursing or a related field Current NP or PA certification and licensure in the state of practice Experience in urology or a related specialty preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to continuous professional development and learning Basic proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems

Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Outpatient clinic
EMR:
Cerner Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses
