Position Overview The NP will provide comprehensive family medicine care in a busy primary care setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently, and flexibility in scheduling. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working evenings until 9:00 PM and Sundays as needed , ensuring consistent access for the clinic's patient base. Spanish fluency is not required for this role. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care. Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and educate patients on managing their health. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver the highest standard of care. Manage a diverse patient panel with professionalism and strong communication. Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation according to clinic standards. Schedule We are seeking a candidate who can offer flexibility , including the ability to work Sundays as needed and stay until 9:00 PM on days when evening coverage is required. Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of New York. Experience in family medicine is required. Strong communication, assessment, and clinical decision‑making skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional Sundays. Benefits Competitive salary of $187,200
