Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner in Smithtown, NY, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare to patients across various age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage pain effectively, ensuring patient safety and well-being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, addressing both physical and emotional health needs. Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Nurse Practitioner. Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York. Certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their healthcare needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pain management strategies.
