$90•$110 per hour based on experience Suffolk Primary Health is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing primary care team in Riverhead, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate must have strong primary care experience, be comfortable working independently, and have an active Medicaid ID number. Requirements Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license Spanish-speaking required Must have an active Medicaid ID number Strong experience in primary care Comfortable seeing patients independently Excellent bedside manner and communication skills Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is a plus Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Perform physical examinations and preventative care visits Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation Coordinate care with clinical and administrative staff Suffolk Primary Health offers a supportive and team-oriented environment with the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization focused on patient-centered care.
