Family Nurse Practitioner

Education/Experience:

• New York State License to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• 1 to 3 years health care experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Familiarity with diverse patient populations
