Position Summary:

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant plays a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. This provider will assess, diagnose, and support treatment planning while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and ongoing treatment planning Provide care and support for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, including MAT services Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment Exercise sound clinical judgment and maintain confidentiality in all interactions

Qualifications:

Current and active Ohio Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license CPR certification required Completion of required continuing medical education (CME) Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
