Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care) - 4 Day Work Week | No Nights/Weekends Barberton, OH | Full-Time $105,000 - $135,000 Why This Role is Different ✔ 4-day work week option ✔ Average 15-16 patients per day (no overbooking) ✔ No nights, weekends, or holidays ✔ Minimal call (phone/EHR only, very low volume) ✔ Nurse Practitioner-owned, supportive practice This is not a high-volume, burnout-style primary care job. About the Practice Austin Primary Care is a 40+ year established outpatient practice serving the Barberton community. We are now part of the People Check family of businesses, allowing us to expand services while maintaining a supportive, non-corporate environment . We focus on quality patient care, realistic scheduling, and provider autonomy —not productivity quotas or overbooking. The Role We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) to manage an established primary care panel, with occasional variety through occupational health services. You'll work alongside an experienced clinical team in a setting designed to be efficient, collaborative, and sustainable long-term . Schedule & Work-Life Balance Monday-Friday 4-day work week option available No routine nights, weekends, or holidays Minimal call (very low volume, phone-based) Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care (acute & chronic conditions) Preventive visits and routine follow-ups Document in eClinicalWorks (eCW) Collaborate with NPs and support staff Occasional occupational health coverage (physicals, work-related care) Qualifications Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license Board Certified (FNP preferred) DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical judgment and efficiency Primary care experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $105,000 - $135,000 salary (based on experience) Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with employer match PTO + paid holidays
