Full-Time | Monday - Friday | No evenings, weekends, or major holidays Southwoods Health is seeking a dedicated CNP or PA to join our Pain Management team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care by identifying, evaluating, and managing acute and chronic healthcare issues. You will work collaboratively with our medical staff to ensure a seamless experience for our patients through consultation and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Diagnose and treat prolonged and long-term healthcare issues.

Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with the medical team regarding consultations, referrals, and treatment plans.

Education:

Empower patients and their families by providing guidance on preventive care, medical conditions, and the proper use of medications.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, legible medical records and treatment plans in accordance with state regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Licensure:

Active Ohio license as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Certifications:

Active DEA license and BLS certification (through AHA).

Experience:
