What You'll Do:

Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management Collaborate with on-site medical staff Support continuity of care for patients with mental health needs Complete mental health assessments and ongoing evaluations Build and carry out individualized treatment plans focused on stabilization and re-entry success Lead individual and group counseling sessions (substance use, trauma, anger management, coping skills, and more) Partner with medical staff, corrections, and community resources to deliver well-rounded care Connect individuals to programs that support long-term growth and accountability Maintain clear, timely documentation while following best practices in correctional mental health

What You Bring:
