Schedule:
Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday Set your own schedule Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
Responsibilities:
Complete annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members Review and evaluate prior and current medical history, including conditions and medication usage Provide education to patients on managing medical conditions and proper medication use Identify gaps in care and offer clinical recommendations to enhance overall wellbeing Assessments to be conducted in a variety of towns within Brown County, such as Georgetown, Mount Orab, and Ripley Each assessment typically takes about 45 minutes No treatment planning or medication prescribing involved
Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio MSN degree from an accredited nursing program Board Certification through AANP or ANCC Current CPR (BLS) certification At least 6 months of NP experience preferred Gain the satisfaction of making a tangible difference for Medicare Advantage members—all while earning $80-$90 for each evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
