We are seeking an experienced Nurse Injector (NP) to join our clinical team and help deliver exceptional patient outcomes.Position Overview:
The Nurse Injector (NP) is responsible for providing advanced injectable treatments while serving as a trusted clinical expert for NEOSkin patients. This role blends medical expertise, aesthetic judgment, and patient education to ensure safe, customized, and high-quality care. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics, with a strong commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.Key Responsibilities:
Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers in accordance with NEOSkin clinical protocols Perform laser treatments Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including medical history review, facial assessment, and treatment planning Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-treatment care Prescribe and manage treatments within NP scope of practice Accurately document all treatments, plans, and follow-up care Develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans focused on natural, long-term results Manage post-treatment follow-ups and ongoing care Support patient retention through thoughtful rebooking and long-term aesthetic planning Collaborate with clinical leadership on operational initiatives and best practices Participate in vendor trainings, internal education, and continuing education opportunities Support clinical meetings, quality initiatives, and practice growth Uphold OSHA, infection control, and patient safety standards Maintain professionalism, empathy, and discretion in all patient interactionsQualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Ohio (required) Minimum 3-5 years of experience Minimum 1 year of hands-on injectable experience in a medical aesthetics or clinical setting Advanced proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Strong clinical judgment and aesthetic eye Excellent communication and patient education skills Collaborative, professional, and patient-centered approach to careWhat We Offer:
