Minimum Qualifications:

Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the United States. Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent specialty certification. Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments and patient management in family medicine settings. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience or certification in pain management. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation software. Additional training or experience in geriatrics and pediatrics. Participation in quality improvement initiatives or patient safety programs. Advanced certifications such as Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Gerontological Nurse Practitioner (GNP).

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed clinical assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages, including children and elderly individuals. Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions, with a focus on family medicine and pain management. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
