Our practice is led by Matthew Hastings, DMSc, PA-C, who brings over 15 years of dermatology experience, including clinical instruction at UPMC's Department of Dermatology. Dr. Hastings has served as Lead Clinical Trainer and Chief Clinical Trainer for multiple practices and has a deep commitment to mentoring the next generation of aesthetic providers. We take a global consultation approach, meaning we do not just address the immediate concern. We look at the whole picture and develop comprehensive treatment plans that evolve with our patients over time. Our collaborative relationship with Carolyn Morrison, DO, ensures proper medical oversight while giving our providers autonomy to practice at the top of their license. Duties Perform thorough aesthetic consultations that assess patient goals, medical history, and facial anatomy Administer neuromodulator treatments with precision and artistry Place dermal fillers for volume restoration, lip enhancement, and facial contouring Perform biostimulator treatments Develop long-term treatment plans that address aging comprehensively Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care protocols Maintain detailed documentation that meets both medical and aesthetic standards Participate in ongoing training to remain current with new products, techniques, and best practices Contribute to a collegial environment where knowledge sharing is the norm Experience

THIS IS NOT A JOB FOR A NEW GRADUATE

- It requires experience! Experience with neuromodulators and biostimulators Background in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa settings is a plus Advanced injection certifications or training Experience with PRP treatments Strong aesthetic eye and portfolio of work (before/after photos welcome) Qualifications Active Ohio NP license in good standing Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience (neuromodulators and dermal fillers) Strong understanding of facial anatomy and the aging process Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to manage expectations thoughtfully Commitment to safety protocols and ethical practice Positive attitude and genuine care for patient well-being Ability to work collaboratively while also managing your own patient schedule Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods while performing procedures Fine motor skills and manual dexterity required for precise injection techniques Visual acuity to assess facial anatomy, skin conditions, and injection placement Ability to lift up to 25 pounds A Note on Training We believe in investing in our team.
