Job Description

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Primary Care MSA Primary Care is a private medical practice that has provided compassionate, high-quality care to patients in Licking County for over 40 years. Our expert team of board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners specializes in both Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, allowing us to deliver care to patients across all life stages. With convenient on-site laboratory and X-ray services, we offer comprehensive, efficient care in one trusted location. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and patient-centered environment to meet the unique needs of every individual we serve. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our private primary care practice. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Albany, OH. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care services, including routine check-ups, diagnosis, treatment plans, and management of chronic conditions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the healthcare team to address urgent care needs, promoting preventive care, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Position Details Full-time position 4.5 days in office per week Established patient base and strong clinical support staff Collaborative team environment with experienced physicians and APPs Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disease, and other common primary care concerns Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and same-day sick visits Perform annual wellness visits and preventive care screenings Conduct hospital follow-up visits and transitional care management Review and manage laboratory results, imaging, and ancillary testing Respond to and manage EHR messages, medication refills, and patient communications Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and clinical support team Participate in occasional call coverage (approximately 2-3 days per month) Qualifications Board certified and valid licensed as Family Nurse Practitioner in good standing within the state of Ohio Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based care model Prior primary care experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $95,000-$110,000 annually, based on experience Production-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package including: Health insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid malpractice insurance CME allowance Paid holidays 4 weeks paid vacation Why Join Us?
