Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Family Practice(PT/FT) (Exp Req)

We are looking for a professional Nurse Practitioner who can deliver primary medical care to a wide variety of patients. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient medical records by assuring the patient schedules follow-up visits. The successful candidate will work as a team with our nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient. Nurse Practitioner responsibilities

• Perform initial patient screenings
• Confirm patient history
• Perform physical examinations
• Update patient records accordingly
• Analyze test data to determine the need for further treatment
• Deliver quality care while maintaining the companies affordable healthcare model
• Serve as a platform of resources that the patient may need for further treatment by specialties.
• Must be a team player and open to improvement
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Preferably more than 10-year experience in nursing prior to obtaining Nurse Practitioner License.
