Associate Clinic Director (NP/PA)Gameday Men's Health - Reynoldsburg & Pickerington, Ohio Gameday Men's Health is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as an Associate Clinic Director supporting our Reynoldsburg and Pickerington clinics on a part-time basis (approximately 16-20 hours per week). This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys combining patient care, operational leadership, and preventative wellness in a fast-growing men's health environment. The Associate Clinic Director will work closely with clinic leadership and medical providers to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Review patient laboratory results and assist with treatment planning and protocol oversight Work directly with patients regarding hormone optimization, weight loss, sexual wellness, and preventative health protocols Fulfill and coordinate pharmacy orders in accordance with prescribing guidelines and state/federal regulations Assist in managing inventory, medication tracking, and clinic documentation Support clinic operations and staff workflow across both Reynoldsburg and Pickerington locations Serve as acting operational lead in the absence of the Clinic Director Ensure adherence to all applicable Ohio Board of Nursing, State Medical Board, DEA, HIPAA, OSHA, and federal healthcare regulations Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical leadership to uphold quality-of-care standards Help foster an outstanding patient experience and positive clinic culture Assist with patient follow-up, continuity of care, and protocol compliance Qualifications Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing DEA license and prescriptive authority preferred Strong understanding of hormone replacement therapy, preventative medicine, or wellness-based care preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining strong clinical judgment and compliance standards Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Strong organizational and operational mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing healthcare environment What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunity to help shape and grow two expanding clinics Competitive hourly compensation Modern, patient-focused clinical environment At Gameday Men's Health, we are passionate about helping patients reclaim energy, confidence, and overall wellness through personalized, evidence-based care.
