Job Description

Health Care Provider
  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Springfield, OH 45504 $90,000

  • Full-time Duties Include:
  • Manage acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Conduct physical exams and perform/order diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • Diagnose and treat health problems.
  • Perform patient routine office visits and yearly physicals.
  • Prescribe medications as needed.
  • Educate health promotion and disease prevention to patients.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed as a NP or PA in the state of Ohio.
  • MSN or PAC degree from accredited school or University.
  • 2+ years' experience. New graduates will be accepted.
  • Ability to create a positive work environment.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Friendly and capable of respectfully communicating to both staff and patients.

Hours of Operation are:
  • Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
