Nurse Practitioner

CC4PM is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) for our Toledo area pain management offices. Why CC4PM? The Nurse Practitioner works in collaboration with Physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team, to provide excellence in pain management. The NP assesses patients, interprets diagnostic tests, and initiates and manages treatment plans - including recommending and prescribing medications. Our expanding pain management program includes acute and chronic outpatient pain management services. This role includes a focus on care of patients referred for chronic pain management. Unique aspects of this position include the challenge of caring for acutely ill patients, contributing to the development of new clinical services, and joining a team of health care providers committed to excellence in pain management.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current Ohio NP license. Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Ohio.

Monday - Friday; no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call About CC4
